The device (1) has an eccentric cam drive (10) connected with a roller in a direction of a longitudinal axis (L) of a vibration bar (9) and driven by motors (19, 20). Two combined devices (24) are arranged such that the combined devices act between a movable housing, and a supporting device (6) that supports the cam drive and another eccentric cam drive (11). A functioning line (24.W) of the combined devices is aligned to the longitudinal axis in a flush/mirror inverted manner. An end stopper is arranged in an inner side of a spring element, which is designed as a spiral or laminated spring.
