PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device which allows layout of a whole image displayed on a display device to be changed through easier operations.

SOLUTION: A PC 200 comprises a terminal-side image generation part 230 that generates a layout change image for changing the layout of a whole image displayed on a display device including individual images based on picture image information, and an input part 260 to which operation information indicating operations relating to layout change is inputted. The layout change image indicates an arrangement of the individual images in the whole image, and includes an individual image arrangement region that is partitioned into a plurality of display object regions and an icon arrangement region that includes icons for respective terminal devices. The input part 260 receives input of operation information through an operation other than a drag-and-drop operation as operation information. The terminal-side image generation part 230 generates a layout change image having a mark image arranged in a display object region corresponding to an icon indicated by the operation information, based on the operation information.
