摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a good transferness and image formability of the ink, thereby improving a printing quality and suppressing an operation cost by adjusting water content of ink on respective rollers in the printing unit of a printing machine. <P>SOLUTION: The printing machine has such a configuration that an ink bottle 35, an ink original roller 36, a delivery roller 37, a kneading roller 38, a reciprocating roller 39, an ink fixing roller 40, a plate cylinder 32 and a blanket cylinder 31 come into opposite contact with each other in series. The printing machine includes a first ejection nozzle 51 for supplying humidified air to the opposite contact part of the kneading roller 38 and the reciprocating roller 39 from the downstream side of the opposite contact part in the rotational direction and a second ejection nozzle 52 for supplying the humidified air to the opposite contact part of the reciprocating roller 39 and the ink fixing roller 40 from the downstream side of the opposite contact part in the rotational direction, as a humidity-controlled air supply unit and first suction nozzles 71a and 71b for recovering the humidified air ejected from the first ejection nozzle 51 and second suction nozzles 72a and 72b for recovering the humidified air ejected from the second ejection nozzle 52, as a humidity-controlled air recovery unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
