<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface coating which is excellent in adhesive property to the surface of a medical instrument or others, in which the carrying amount of the anionic substance is large, and an medical instrument coated with the surface coating. <P>SOLUTION: In the surface coating including a coating component comprising the anionic substance and a polymer material, the polymer material is a branched type polymer having a plurality of branched chains and having 2-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and/or the derivative of the same as a polymerizing main component, the concentration of the polymer material in the surface coating is 0.0.3 to 3 wt.%, and the ionic molar ratio of the polymer material and the anionic substance is 1/0.75 to 1/1.3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
