<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle measuring system that precisely evaluates the degree of risk according to information associated with a state of a vehicle which is stopping or traveling, and warns that the degree of risk is high in such a case. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle measuring system, a ground measurement part 10 includes a measuring table, and a weight value measurement part 55a which acquires the position of the center of gravity, total load, etc., of the vehicle with a load signal of a load sensor. An on-vehicle measurement part 100 includes a gravity center position information calculation part 114 which calculates the height of the center of gravity from the position of the center of gravity, the total load, etc., of the vehicle. The on-vehicle measurement part 100 includes a tilt sensor 128 which measures a tilt angle of the vehicle and generates a vehicle tilt angle.
