PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally-friendly image forming device suppressing discharge of dust which contains toner to the outside of the device.

SOLUTION: A toner removing device comprises: a conveyance section conveying dust which contains toner particles; a first filter arranged in such a manner as to cover the cross section of a conveyance section at a first position of a conveyance path in order to capture the dust conveyed inside the conveyance section; a second filter arranged in such a manner as to cover the cross section of the conveyance section at a second position positioned on the downstream side of the first position with respect to the conveyance direction of the dust conveyed inside the conveyance section; and a detection section which is arranged between the first position and the second position, detects the staining amount of the dust, and capable of outputting information of the detected staining amount.
