<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is used for a coating material for the can barrel and lid of a beverage can, a food can or the like, which is excellent in workability, retort resistance and hygiene of a coating film, additionally, has excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance in particular, and also does not contain bisphenol A as a raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition used for the can coating material of the can barrel or lid of the food can and the beverage can is obtained by bringing a polyester resin (A), a phenol resin (B) and a metal alkoxide base compound and/or a metal chelate base compound (C) into curing reaction. Thus, the resin composition is excellent in the workability, retort resistance and hygiene of the coating film, and additionally, has excellent performance in corrosion resistance and impact resistance in particular. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
