<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush for scalps wherein even a person having long and/or a large number of hairs can sufficiently obtain feeling that projections hit his/her scalp, projections are less prone to get caught or tangled in hairs, and a user is less prone to feel hardness or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the brush 10 for scalps, a plurality of spatula-like projections 14 formed of elastomer resin and a plurality of conical projections 15 formed of elastomer resin are protruded from the brush surface 13 of a base. The spatula-like projections have a flat cross-sectional shape and a plurality of tip projections located at the tip portions are erected and arranged at intervals in the direction of the long axis of the flat cross-sectional shape. Each spatula-like projection 14 is provided as tip projections with two high projections 14b, 14b and a low projection 14c positioned between the two high projections and lower than each of the high projections.
