<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce network load. <P>SOLUTION: An information transmitter 1 stores an identifier indicating an information processor connected to a network and an identifier indicating a storage device used by the information processor, in association with each other. The information transmitter 1 also determines an identifier indicating an information processor A6 when requested to transmit information by the information processor A6. Furthermore, the information transmitter 1 obtains an identifier indicating a storage device that is stored in association with the determined identifier.
