<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the solubility of a thickener when hot water is poured if a large quantity of the thickener is contained in a concentrated liquid soup with a high oil and fat content. <P>SOLUTION: Meat paste is contained in the high oil and fat containing concentrated liquid soup including the thickener, and a ratio of the substantial water content to the oil and fat content (substantial water content/oil and fat content) is 1.2 or less.
