摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elucidate the transition mechanism of TRPC6 to cell membrane, and to provide a chemical compound which can be used for prevention or treatment of TRPC6 channelopathy by inhibiting the transition. <P>SOLUTION: Either one of the following new polypeptides is provided: (i) a polypeptide including the intracellular domain of Nephrin comprising a specific amino acid sequence; (ii) a polypeptide which includes a partial sequence of the polypeptide of (i) and which has an ability to bind with TRPC6 in which tyrosine is phosphorylated at position 284; and (iii) a polypeptide which has, in the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of (i) or (ii), one or some amino acids deleted, added or substituted and which has an ability to bind with TRPC6 in which tyrosine is phosphorylated at position 284 in the specific amino acid sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
