PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detection device and/or a conductive device to be used as a component in a gas sensor device which stores many desirable sensor elements and is suited to all substantially applicable size limitations to be used for an automobile or other desirable industrial environments.

SOLUTION: In the gas detection device including sensor elements (a) and conductors (b) each of which supplies a current to the sensor element (a), the ratio of the number of sensor elements to the number of conductors is about 0.585 or less.
