RESIN REEL FOR WINDING STEEL WIRE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin reel for winding a steel wire which can prevent winding failures and giving improved reel durability and impact resistance.

SOLUTION: A resin reel 1 integrally formed as to have a flange 3 at both ends of a winding drum 2 is made of ABS resin. The composition ratio of butadiene in this ABS resin is selected to be in a range of 5-8 wt.%.
