<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with an electrode pattern and a touch panel, suppressing increase in a resistance value of an electrode pattern and making it difficult to see a boundary between the electrode pattern and a base material when seen from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate has a base material 30 having translucency, and an electrode pattern 13 comprising a transparent conductive film on one side of the base material 30; openings 19 are formed along the outer edge of the electrode pattern 13 on the electrode pattern 13; and the electrode pattern 13 comprises an inner base 50 having an area larger than the total area of the openings 19, in the inner side of the outer edge and the opening 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
