<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which provides infrared absorber-containing resin particles having excellent fixability when being used as the host particles of an electrophotographic toner. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing infrared absorber-containing resin particles includes a step of mixing a dissolved liquid or a fluid dispersion (L) obtained by dissolving or dispersing a resin (G) and an infrared absorber (A) into a solvent (C) with a fluid dispersion obtained by dispersing organic fine particles (F) into a dispersing medium (B) and dispersing the (L) into the (B), thus forming resin particles (I) in which the organic fine particle (F) are fixed to the surfaces of the resin particles (H) containing the resin (G), the infrared absorber (A) and the solvent (C), and then removing the dispersing medium (B) and the solvent (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
