PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a plate in conveyance while allowing easy transportation, installation and withdrawal even by one person. SOLUTION: This slinging frame 1 is constituted to be elevated together with a plate B by a hoisting device W. A frame body 2 is formed in almost L-shape from the side view comprising a bottom part 3 on which the plate B is placed, and a rising part 4 rising upward from one end of he bottom part 3 to allow the plate to be rested against it. The frame body 2 is provided with a binding member 5 for fixing the plate B. Third and fourth frames 16, 17 rising from the bottom part 3 to reach a point higher than the resting height of the plate B placed on the bottom part 3 are provided as the rising part 4, and the upper ends of the third and fourth frames 16, 17 are provided with a first crossbar 18 almost parallel with the bottom part 3. The length of the first crossbar 18 is set to be not less than the breadth of the plate B placed on the bottom part 3.
