PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitating truck for mixing earth and sand together, which dispenses with special facilities, and is free from clogging of earth and sand and degradation in ability to produce mixed earth and sand, and to provide a method for throwing the mixed earth and sand using the agitating truck. SOLUTION: The agitating truck 10 for mixing earth and sand is constituted by arranging a funnel-like earth-and-sand charging portion 1 on a hopper 12 of a mixer drum 11, forming a water filler 2 for feeding water in the earth-and- sand charging portion, and setting an earth-and-sand introducing portion 4 for introducing earth and sand from the earth-and-sand charging portion into the mixer drum. The method for charging the mixed earth and sand by using the agitating truck thus constructed, has the following steps. In the first step, earth and sand, water, and a hardener are charged into the agitating truck in a charging field. In the second step, the charged earth and sand, water, and hardener are conveyed to a charging position while being mixed together. In the following step, the mixed earth and sand are discharged from the agitating truck and then thrown, in the throwing site.
