PURPOSE: An ink jet recording material for the output of a real picture is provided to achieve a high degree resolution and vivid colors suitable for an advertisement field. CONSTITUTION: The ink jet recording material suitable for the output of a real picture has a structure that an ink receiving layer is coated on a synthetic sheet or PVC sheet as a substrate, and the ink receiving layer comprises pigment or filler, binder, cation resin and silica sol. The pigment or filler has a particle size of 3-15 micrometers and an oil absorption of 150-350ml/g, and the binder is water soluble poly vinyl alcohol.
