<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam medical treatment system by which the time of particle beam irradiation can be shortened and the uniformity of dose distribution can be maintained. <P>SOLUTION: The particle beam medical treatment system includes an accelerator 2 to accelerate the ion beam, an irradiation nozzle 5 to irradiate an irradiation object with the ion beam, and an irradiation control part 9 to control the irradiation nozzle 5. The irradiation nozzle 5 includes a scanning electromagnet 13 to change an ion beam irradiation position. The irradiation control part 9 includes a storage device to store data representing relation between error information between a target irradiation position of the irradiation object and an average beam position when a target irradiation position is irradiated with the ion beam, and target irradiation dose information of the ion beam with which the target irradiation position is irradiated. The irradiation control part 9 control excitation current of a scan electromagnet 13 to correct the ion beam irradiation position on the basis of data representing relation between the error information stored in the storage device and the target irradiation dose information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
