<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a method for simply, uniformly and stably dispersing a nanocarbon material in an animal cell culture liquid, so as to accurately and efficiently perform the toxicity test of the nanocarbon material. <P>SOLUTION: A nanocarbon material bulk powder or a nanocarbon material aqueous dispersion is mixed with an aqueous solution containing a protein component of a component in the animal cell culture liquid to prepare a mixture liquid, and the mixture liquid is mixed with an animal cell culture liquid containing other culture medium components to prepare a cell culture liquid dispersed with the nanocarbon material for the cell toxicity test. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
