<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle repair method which is capable of easily automating repair work of a weld to reduce the burden to a worker. <P>SOLUTION: A repair method for an existing nozzle 2 piercing a reactor vessel 1 and fixed to the reactor vessel 1 via a padding part 13 and a J weld 14 includes: a step of preliminarily setting a prescribed bevel shape to each of a plurality of areas into which the padding part 13 and the J weld 14 are divided, and specifying an area including a damaged part of the padding part 13 and the J weld 14 among the plurality of areas to cut away this area in the preliminarily set prescribed bevel shape; and a step of refilling the cut-away bevel by padding repair. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
