<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new inexpensive shield structure which is easily added on to a existing cable. <P>SOLUTION: A metal foil 22, which is mainly made of a metal, such as copper, aluminum, silver, or magnesium, and has wave shield effect, is enclosed in a belt-like elastic member 24, and the elastic member 24 is wound in a spiral shape and plastic formed in a tube shape.
