<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the signal quality with a relatively simple structure in a printed wiring board for differential transmission. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises a printed wiring board 20 with a first side 20a and a second side 20b on which a conversion IC 30 is mounted. The conversion IC 30 comprises a terminal 35 connected to a differential transmission line 41 extending toward the first side and a terminal 36 connected to a differential transmission line 42 extending toward the second side. These terminals are provided for two opposite sides of the conversion IC, and the conversion IC performs differential transmission with an imaging element 31 via the terminal 35 and performs differential transmission with a system control IC via the terminal 36. The conversion IC 30 is mounted on the printed wiring board 20 so that the terminal 35 is tilted to the first side 20a and the terminal 36 is tilted to the second side 20b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
