<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to reproduce user information at any place by avoiding problem on security measures. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor generates the user information on the user relating to an image processing job and when recording the user information on an external recording medium, determines whether security information can be stored on the external recording medium according to a predetermined recording medium category.
