Disclosed in the present invention are a method, device and system for sending and receiving interface connectivity information, in which a base station sends a message carrying interface connectivity information between that base station and an adjacent base station via an X2 interface, so that a relay node can acquire the interface connectivity information between that base station and its adjacent base station, then it is capable of completing processes such as switching, automatically establishing the relationship between adjacent cells, interference coordination, load balancing and so on.
