The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly stable nucleic acid/polysaccharide complex consisting of an siRNA and sizofiran. The nucleic acid/polysaccharide complex is formed by adding polydeoxyadenine, at least a part of the phosphodiester bond moieties of which has been converted into phosphorothioate, to an siRNA and then forming a complex with sizofiran.
