PURPOSE: An amplifier circuit with a variable output voltage is provided to enhance the amplification efficiency by differentiating the output voltage per the level of signal to be amplified. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier circuit is used for amplifying a driving signal upon receipt of positive and negative supply voltages. The amplifier circuit has a voltage amplification unit(12) for amplifying the driving signal, a voltage variation unit(20) for detecting the output current of the voltage amplification unit(12) and generating the voltage varied in proportion to the output current, and a current amplification unit(14) for receiving the varied voltage output from the voltage variation unit(20) and amplifying the driving signal amplified at the voltage amplification unit(12).
