The invention relates to electronic networks, for example the Internet and mobile networks, and can be used for constructing an electronic system for searching and paying for information, goods and services. In the method for constructing a system for searching and paying for information, goods and services from a mobile wallet which is created and topped up automatically, information is exchanged between service servers and goods retailer servers, cash registers, scanners, reward cards and mobile telephones, whereupon, with the aid of servers and appropriate software, integration into existing payment systems takes place over communication channels with the aim of topping up a user's virtual mobile account using traditional means, namely with the aid of credit cards, scratch cards, from bank accounts, payment terminals, via electronic payment systems, and said virtual mobile account is then used for paying for information, goods and services independently of the cost of mobile operator services.
