PURPOSE: A character order system and an ARS(Automatic Response System) order system are provided to convert digital signals of an orderer into analog signals through a company server, and to convert the analog signals into characters by a company computer, so as to transmit the characters to a store pointed by the orderer. CONSTITUTION: An orderer inputs his/her cell phone number and a phone number of a desiring store(1), to transmit inputted information to a company server. The server checks whether a terminal of the orderer is coincident with a received phone number(2). If so, the face of coincidence is notified to the server(3). If not coincident, the order is automatically cancelled and the received phone number is registered in the server(4). After receiving the coincidence, the server connects a terminal of the store(5). The store calculates the number of available persons and a necessary time and transmits the calculated information to the server(6). The server transmits the information to the orderer by using an SMS(Short Message Service) method(7). The orderer confirms the information, to cancel or decide the order. If the orderer fixes the order, description of the order is printed to the store(10).
