<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advanced glycation endproduct adsorbent using a tropical fruit-derived constituent. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to an advanced glycation endproduct adsorbent containing a water-insoluble constituent of a fruit such as acerola, passion fruit or mango.
