PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of outputting an image with fewer image defects due to a ghost phenomenon not only in the environment of normal temperature and normal humidity but also in the environment of low temperature and low humidity that is especially a severe condition, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus having the electrophotographic photoreceptor.

SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a support, and a charge generating layer and a charge transport layer formed on the support. The charge generating layer contains a particular amine compound.
