摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding method and laser welding equipment applying a laser beam at the same position as an aiming position of a filler on a surface of a workpiece to be welded, and setting the angle between a center axis of the filler and an optical axis of the laser beam at 45&deg; or less in the laser welding method feeding the filler at the welding position while simultaneously performing the laser welding and arc welding performed by feeding wire at the welding position of the workpiece to be welded. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam 2 is made to enter while being applied to the filler 7 at the same position as the aiming position A of the filler 7 fed at the welding position of the workpiece 1 to be welded on the surface of the workpiece 1 to be welded. and the angle between the center axis of the filler 7 and the optical axis of the laser beam 2 is set at 45&deg; or less.
