<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message creation support device, a message creation support method, and a message creation support program, by which a sender can simply create an intended choice and include it in e-mail for transmission, or a recipient can return e-mail including selection of the choice and optional contents which the recipient desires to return. <P>SOLUTION: A message creation support device 1 comprises a text creation section 220, which creates a return message text based on a reception message content having choices. The message creation support device 1 comprises also a choice selection section 240, which selects a specific choice from the choices included in the reception message and having corresponding applications, actuates the corresponding application of the selected choice, and acquires an execution result of the application.
