<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving tissue while keeping the tissue in a further good condition and, in particular, to provide a preservation method of tissue hardly influenced by preservation temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This preservation method of tissue includes preserving of tissue in a tissue preservation liquid at 10-40°C while performing gas exchange of the tissue preservation liquid by photosynthesis by photosynthetic microorganisms. In the method, a culture solution including photosynthetic microorganisms and the tissue preservation liquid are joined to each other through a breathable sheet; oxygen produced by photosynthesis of the photosynthetic microorganisms moves into the tissue preservation liquid through the breathable sheet from the culture solution including the photosynthetic microorganisms; carbon dioxide included in the tissue preservation liquid moves into the culture solution including the photosynthetic microorganisms through the breathable sheet from the tissue preservation liquid; and thereby the gas exchange of the tissue preservation liquid is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
