<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional navigation terminal connectable to a network and having a function to receive point information with additional information via network, which cannot reflect intension of a user to change scale and shows the same point information with additional information even when the scale is changed because the priority of point information with additional information is determined only by preference of the user or evaluations made by a community. <P>SOLUTION: A navigation terminal sends scale information to a server, and the server calculates distribution categories which are considered to be appropriate in the scale and changes the point information with additional information to be preferentially displayed. Thus, point information with additional information which is inappropriate to the set scale is prevented from being displayed, and a user can receive point information with additional information which is useful in the set scale. As for the calculation, selection of more appropriate point information with additional information is achieved by using not only scale but also an action history of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
