<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ironmaking coke having high strength. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the ironmaking coke includes: forming a mixture containing raw material coal and a coal extract, and then carrying out carbonization. In the method, the coal extract is obtained by sequentially carrying out an extracting step of extracting a soluble component from the coal with a solvent, and affording a mixture slurry of a solvent-soluble component and a solvent-insoluble component; a taking out step of introducing the mixture slurry into a gravity settling apparatus, controlling the ratio (taking out ratio) of the amount taken out on the lower part side to the amount taken out on the upper part side of the gravity settling apparatus, and thereby taking out a floating component (A) in the solvent-insoluble component together with the solvent-soluble component from the lower part side of the gravity settling apparatus; and a solvent-removing step of removing the solvent from the floating component (A) in the solvent-insoluble component and the solvent-soluble component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
