<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moment resisting joint system 12, coaxial joint means CAJ and a CAJ system 12 for a method of assemble construction of the moment resisting joint system and for a method being used in an architectural site of a network structure. <P>SOLUTION: The system 12 comprises: a framing member 15; a block connector 14; an end cap 19; end cap-connector attachment means 20; and a sleeve 18. The end cap is movably attached to the connector and connected to both of the sleeve and the framing member. The sleeve 18 is slid onto the framing member and positioned at the end of the framing member. The framing member 15 is then positioned relative to the connector 14. The end cap 19 attached to the connector is made to align with the framing member.
