<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin which restrains corrosion and deterioration of a metal or an organic compound, directly or indirectly brought into contact with a resin (or film) used as one layer of a multilayer structure such as laminated glass for building, automobile front glass or a solar cell module, by halogen elements contained in the resin (or film), and to provide a multilayer structure which is obtained by using the resin and usable for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: Hydrotalcite, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, a metal oxide or the like, each having halogen element absorption ability, is incorporated in the resin.
