<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate ceramic electronic component with high reliability and low dielectric loss that has a high relative dielectric constant even when a dielectric layer is thinned. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate ceramic electronic component comprises an element main body formed by laminating a dielectric layer (with a thickness of t1) and an electrode layer (with a thickness of t2). The dielectric layer (2) contains a compound represented by ABO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>(where A includes Ba and may include Ca or Sr, and B includes Ti and may include Zr or Hf), contains with respect to 100 mol of the compound, 0.75 to 2.0 mol of MgO, 0.4 to 1.0 mol of oxide of Y, Dy, Ho, or the like in oxide conversion, and 0.4 to 0.8 mol of SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. A segregation phase (20) including Mg is formed at least in a part of an electrode absence part (30) where the electrode layer is not formed in the area where the electrode layer should be formed. The wire coating ratio of the electrode layer (3) is 60 to 90%, and 0.3≤t1≤2.0 and 0.3≤t2<1.0 are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
