<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer type recording apparatus that executes print control in which a joint between an OC layer of an ink ribbon on a previous surface and an OC layer of an ink ribbon on a next surface is inconspicuous when a layout image where two or more images are arranged is printed using an ink ribbon with two or more surfaces. <P>SOLUTION: The following effect can be obtained by using the printing apparatus. There is provided the printing apparatus that makes the joint of the OC inconspicuous when the layout image where two or more images are arranged is printed using the ink ribbon with two or more surfaces by means of constituting the joint between the OC layer of the ink ribbon on the previous surface and the OC layer of the ink ribbon on the next surface in accordance with the end of an image to be printed using the ink ribbon on the precious surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
