Disclosed is a rotary blade (5) of a windmill, which comprises an outer sheath (11) composed of a fiber reinforced plastic; main reinforcing members (spar caps; 13) disposed on the inner surfaces dorsal and ventral to the outer sheath (11); and beams (shear webs; 15) disposed between the main reinforcing members (13). The main reinforcing members (13) are formed by superimposing reinforced fiber sheets having a fixed width in the longitudinal direction of the blade.
