<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current circuit device free from occurrence of an electric resistance, and a current flowing method that uses the device to flow a current free from occurrence of an electric resistance by converting a viewpoint of generating a compound and employing a new technique. <P>SOLUTION: A current circuit device 1 free from occurrence of an electric resistance includes: a capacitor which includes a first pole plate 32 and a second pole plate 34 and which has a potential difference therebetween; a semiconductor 20 which has a first end and a second end and which is inserted between the first pole plate 32 and the second pole plate 34 such that the first end and the second end are disposed so as to be electrically insulated respectively correspondingly to the first pole plate 32 and the second pole plate 34; and a constant current supply 10 capable of flowing a constant diffusion current to the semiconductor 20 so that a voltage drop can be generated from the second end to the first end in a direction opposite to a voltage applied from the first pole plate 32 to the second pole plate 34 by the capacitor. A voltage caused by an electric field that is equal to or greater than a critical electric field Ec applied to the semiconductor 20 by the capacitor, and a voltage drop caused by a constant diffusion current that is equal to or less than a critical current Jc that is allowed to flow by the constant current supply 10 are canceled out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
