<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an error signal processing device, the controller of which can recognize a function where an error has been detected, without increasing signal lines that connect a high voltage unit with the controller, to provide the controller, and to provide an error signal processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The high voltage unit 100 has a plurality of functions 201 to 203 that are controlled by the controller 101. The error signal processing device includes: detecting the errors of functions 201 to 203, each of which occurs in the high voltage unit 100; generating an error signal ES different in a pulse width for each function where the error has been detected, when the error is detected; and sending the generated error signal ES to the controller 101 to suspend the function having the error detected therein among the functions 201 to 203 that the high voltage unit 100 has. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
