<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced concrete gas turbine outer case. <P>SOLUTION: A turbomachine outer case 112 includes a pair of outer case sections 122 and 124. Each pair of the outer case sections 122 and 124 includes attachment flanges 125, 126 and 128, 130 for securing the pair of outer case sections about an internal rotor structure.
