<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily position a subject. <P>SOLUTION: A radiotherapy equipment control method comprises the steps of: calculating a plurality of luminance gradations on the basis of a first image in which a subject is photographed; extracting from the first image a plurality of display parts 63-1 to 63-n displayed in a plurality of display areas respectively on the basis of the plurality of luminance gradations; and generating a display image 61 in which the plurality of display parts 63-1 to 63-na are displayed in a plurality of display areas respectively, and a second image 62 is displayed in another area. The display image 61 allows a user to easily view how the subject is displaced from a first time of day when the first image is photographed to a second time of day when the second image is photographed.
