<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational information transfer system that enables remote instructions without requiring new hardware for receiving radio signals. <P>SOLUTION: A first terminal apparatus includes: an input section for inputting operational information indicating the content of an operation; and a first transmission section for transmitting, to an operational information transfer server, packet information including the operational information input from the input section and destination information specifying a second terminal apparatus to which the operational information should be transmitted among a plurality of terminals. The operational information transfer server includes: a first receiving section for receiving the packet information transmitted from the first transmission section; and a second transmission section for referring to the destination information included in the received packet information and transmitting the packet information to the second terminal corresponding to the destination information.
