<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe having a sole with air permeability, which has at least air permeability, waterproofness, and water-repellency, and easily prevents stuffiness in foot. <P>SOLUTION: The shoe keeps a plurality of through-holes 8 formed in the large sole 2 of the shoe; and ventilation adjustment fabric materials 5, which have at least air permeability, waterproofness, and water-repellency, arranged above the through-holes 8.
