<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo-engine having a seal that reliably prevents fluid from passing therethrough. <P>SOLUTION: The turbo-engine includes a bending part on the side of a bearing housing in a first part of the seal. A fluid outflow groove (51a) surrounds an outer peripheral surface of a shaft, to allow a bearing housing fluid (LF) flowing onto the first part of the seal to vertically flow out along the fluid outflow groove. On both sides of the shaft, a fluid flow guiding element (56) is arranged in the fluid outflow groove, and the fluid flow guiding element discharges the bearing housing fluid (LF) from the fluid outflow groove so as to separate from the shaft (30) in the radial direction.
