Novelty: Method for the production of dried-fruit products (almonds, shelled peanuts, roasted peanuts, cassius nuts, roasted gourd seeds, sunflower seeds etc) by addition of a light salt preparation. Ingredients: Light salt preparation containing 49 percent sodium chloride and 47 percent potassium chloride. Stages of the preparation method: a) mixing of dried fruit with maltodextrin proportioned from 0.3 to 2 percent per kilogram of raw dried fruit, and salt containing a maximum 51 percent of sodium chloride, in a proportion of 3 percent per kilogram of raw dried fruit; b) washing of the dried fruit with fresh water; c) stirring of the mixed materials to be roasted; d) roasting of the resulted mixture. |
