PURPOSE: A shoe insole with laminated movable supports is provided to enable a user to use a support according to his/her the body. CONSTITUTION: A shoe insole with laminated movable supports comprises an insole(100), supports(10,20,30), and an acupressure protrusion. The supports are laminated on the upper or lower surfaces of the insole in multi-layers, are protruded, and are able to move, and supports the plantar. In the bottom surface of the insole, acupressure protrusions are dispersed in the front and rear thereof. The acupressure protrusion promotes blood circulation by stimulating the blood of the plantar.
